By commissioning me you agree to the following:
.
1: I don’t do refunds
2: You pay first, or after sketch has been finished, If you don’t like this please commission someone else!
3: I’m best at/prefer drawing humanoid, or furry characters!
4: I do and will send progress photos often so you feel included!
5: I do the following: furry’s, humans, animals, and custom adopts!
6: I don’t do the following: dragons, mechs, horses, nfsw, gore/body horror.
7: Small changes to the art are free of cost! Although bigger changes may cost a dollar or two.
8: my average turnaround time is 1 week!
9: Sometimes I get very busy randomly. I will notify you if this happens!
10: Be honest with me, tell me if something needs to be changed!
11: I don’t allow my work to be turned into an nft!
12: Don’t alter my art after you receive it, even if it’s commissioned.
13: please credit my Twitter/Instagram whenever my art is used publicly!
14: You can’t edit the commission art after it’s finished.
15: fail to follow any of these will result in a blacklist/warning depending on how it happened and why.

Design/adopt tos

1: you can’t sell my designs that weren’t bought with usd themselves. (Unless you add monetary value)2: No selling my designs for more than you bought them for. (Again unless you add monetary value)3: you’re free to redesign any design made by me, as long as you own them and keep them recognizable to the og design.4: You do not own a design unless full payment is received! (This goes for usd, Art, and trades)5: when offering Art be aware that you can’t take longer than 2 months to finish the art unless stated otherwise by me.6: Taking inspiration from my designs is perfectly fine, as long as it’s not a drastic amount.7: You CANNOT edit my original art piece of the design whatsoever!8: this should go without saying but do not change the body type of the design!9: Failure to follow this tos will result in a warning or blacklist depending on the situation.
